Jake Merrell

Jake is the president of Nano Composite Products, Inc., and is currently pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University.  From an early age, Jake had played with various urethane products at his father’s manufacturing company, even having a few small business ventures of his own as a teenager.  Following an LDS church mission to Brazil, Jake was partner and owner in a variety of business ventures that gave him exposure and experience with creating new products to fit specific needs. A non-traditional collegiate student, Jake sold his company to return to school to pursue a Mechanical Engineering degree where he stood out as an innovative and assertive undergraduate student and research assistant.  After the creation of XONano Smartfoam, Jake worked with BYU to patent his creation and brought together a first-rate business team to bring the product to market. Jake is a member of ASME and SAMPE.


David Franey

David is the former VP of JobTrak, the first computerized job posting service. He developed JobTrak from a start-up to a multi-million dollar business. David is also involved in several other business enterprises ranging from real-estate appraisal software to sporting goods. David has a wealth of business experience and professional contacts. David was a two-sport athlete at UCLA; he played golf and football. He holds a degree in Economics from UCLA.


Matthew Gibson

Matthew is currently a practicing physician and partner with Fairview Strategies, LLC, where he spearheaded several Large-Group insurance contracts that saved the city of Henderson, Nevada 50% on its employee funded benefits program. Matt holds an MBA from BYU and an MD degree from the University of Reno.


Jeff Walker

Jeff is a former high school and college football coach. He also owns two other companies and has written seven books. He holds degrees from BYU and UCLA.


Jason Van Camp

Jason graduated and received his commission from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001.  In 1997, Jason left West Point to serve a two year mission for the LDS church in Russia. During his 13 years in the military, Jason has earned both the Ranger and Special Forces tabs. He has won the Bronze Star with V device for Valor as well as two additional Bronze Stars during numerous combat rotations in the Middle East as a Special Forces Detachment Commander. Jason earned his Master’s in Business Administration at Brigham Young University and successfully started a company, Mission Essential, which provides leadership development to professional sports teams and selected businesses.
